The Challenge begins July 1st of each fiscal year and involves participating public universities throughout Kentucky. Alumni from each school who graduated between the years 1997-2007 are eligible to take the Challenge. The university that receives the highest rate of alumni participation from is declared official winner. The contest runs through June 30, 2008.
